OVERVIEW OF THE FIVE-FUND FAMILY

THE AGGRESSIVE INVESTOR FUND
This Fund invests in "emerging" international public companies where significant rates of return might be achieved. The Fund's investment strategy is to diversify portfolio holdings to manage and minimize risk exposure. Furthermore, within this Fund, investors, relative to their personal preferences, may select one or more of the following "investment areas" in which to allocate their resources: 1. "Bonds"; 2. "Environment*"; and/or, 3. "Shares." (*In the "Environmental Investment Area," portfolio holdings will consist of securities issued by companies that are "acting responsibly to enhance, restore, and/or protect" global resources and natural environments.) Selected Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) with proven market-performance acumen serve this Fund in selecting and managing its investment portfolio.

THE CONSERVATIVE INVESTOR FUND
This Fund invests in international "Blue-Chip" or "Large-Cap" companies where the investment risk is far less of a consideration to an investor and where long-term capital appreciation is expected to exceed market averages. Similar to the Aggressive Investor Fund, investors may select one or more of the three "investment-area" alternatives which are described above. Selected Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) with proven market track records serve this Fund in selecting assets and managing the Fund's portfolio.

THE FUTURES TRADING FUND
This Fund invests in commodity, future, and option contracts with the goal of achieving significant "principal" appreciation, yet, where risk is reduced through diversification in different types of contracts that are acquired as well as through using the services of several licensed Commodity Trading Advisory (CTA) firms. The CTAs are chosen to serve the Fund based on their historical and current performance records and, then, are carefully monitored according to established standards and objectives.

THE REAL ESTATE INVESTOR FUND
This Fund invests in select, commercial and private properties and seeks maximum "net income" potentials as well as future "market-price" appreciation. Properties in dynamic growth areas of Europe and North America are the primary, but not the only, focus of the Fund. Certified Real Estate Consultants (CRECs) select and analyze the proposed property or asset acquisitions for the Fund.

THE VENTURE CAPITAL FUND
This Fund invests in unique, "high-profit-potential" opportunities which could include companies that have acquired or developed "new" or "emerging" technologies and/or processes or that have created unique market "niches" for their products or services. Such companies might be classed as "Small-" to "Medium-Cap" in their capital structures and might be publicly traded or planning to be in the near future. Detailed analyses and "participatory management" by the Fund are requisites regarding these investments.

SELECTED BENEFITS AND ADVANTAGES OF AN INVESTMENT IN FIRST FUND

DIVERSIFICATION
Depending on personal preferences, an investor may elect to "diversify," "balance," or "individualize" an investment-fund portfolio by purchasing units in all five funds or in any mixture thereof. Also, joining with other investors often enables a greater degree of diversification in a portfolio, where a commensurately larger number of diverse investments might exist, all of which minimizes the risk of "principal-capital" loss.

RISK MANAGEMENT
With the objectives of seeking above-average returns, the diversification possibilities between and within the individual funds reduce the risk of principal loss to acceptable and manageable levels.

ECONOMIES OF SCALE
The "pooling" of monies in an investment fund by a group of investors means that "purchase and sell" transactions are typically larger which usually gives a fund "price and cost" advantages or "economies of scale" that otherwise are not generally available to a single investor who invests individually.

SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTOR TYPES
With the goal of increasing personal wealth, whether "conservative," "moderate," or "aggressive" in investment preference and whether investing thousands or millions of discretionary capital, an investor is able to achieve desired personal "comfort levels" by "diversifying" or "balancing" within the "Family of Funds."

EXCHANGE BETWEEN FUNDS
As market conditions or changing personal preferences dictate, an investor can effectively move capital from one fund to one or more of the other funds in the FIRST FUND "Family."

PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT, ADVISORY, AND CONSULTING STAFFS
With numerous man-years of experience and worldwide knowledge and expertise, skilled professionals and investment specialists serve FIRST FUND's individual investors.

NO "THIRD-PARTY" REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
There is no requirement to - nor does any FIRST FUND company - report the funds' private investment or business activities to any governmental or regulatory authority. Strict privacy and confidentiality benefit the FIRST FUND investor.

NO "OFFSHORE" TAXATION
Each of the funds is incorporated in one of the most stable, sovereign countries of the world where tax laws greatly benefit the funds' investors. No taxes are assessed on capital gains, dividends, or other asset increases. Thus, asset gains that are reinvested within the funds significantly compound "tax free."
