OVERVIEW
The Real Estate Investor Fund invests in select, commercial and private properties and seeks maximum "net income" potentials as well as future "market-price" appreciation. Properties in dynamic growth areas of Europe and North America are the primary, but not the only, focus of the Fund. Certified Real Estate Consultants (CRECs) and other licensed, real estate professionals select and analyze proposed property or asset acquisitions for the Fund.

TARGETED "GROWTH-MARKET" PROSPECTS
Since before the announcement of SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH being selected as the site for the 2002 INTERNATIONAL WINTER OLYMPICS, the Real Estate Investor Fund has been active in this dynamic "growth-market" locale. Significant opportunities have been researched and might be acquired and/or optioned. Currently, in addition, other "growth-area" property candidates are being considered.
